When is the artwork printed?
Fresh & brand new prints
The prints don't sit on any storage or shelves. I produce the prints you ordered after you have placed your order to make sure that you receive the prints as fresh as possible and brand new.
Fine Art Laboratories
I have five fine art laboratories available worldwide to produce the artwork. My collaborating professional printing partner produces the most high quality prints also to well known museums and galleries worldwide.
Production Time
Framed prints take 3-5 working days to be produced. Rolled prints are 1-2 working days.
Due to COVID there are some delays in production times in UK and Europe.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times
Standard tracked shipping:
3-5 working days (the standard FREE delivery method)
These are the approximate times that it takes for the package to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Please note that the times are estimates provided by the postal couriers.
Due to COVID there are some delays in shipping times.
Tracking my order?
All of the orders are tracked. The tracking code will be sent to you via email as soon as your package has shipped! You will be able to track the process of your order directly through the postal couriers own tracking portal/service.
What currency can I pay in?

I accept all of the most trusted and used payment methods.
Pay Pal, Debit/Credit cards visa, mastercard, american express etc. all major cards.
The checkout solution is secure and completely up to date with the latest security standards.
Delivery courier problems?
Where is my package?
Don't worry! Please just be in touch with me at abovebyjack@gmail.com and I will take care of this for you. I am here to make sure that you will receive the package. I will either solve the problem directly with the postal courier or in case they refuse to co-operate, I will ship you a completely new package/order.
Damaged order?
I will replace your damaged order for free and will send you a completely new replacement package. I am committed for you to be 100% satisfied with the products you receive.
In case the print(s) are damaged, please send a digital photo proof to my email abovebyjack@gmail.com . After receiving the photo proof I will be more than happy to proceed with the replacement!
Order cancellation
I am unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. If your order has not been shipped yet, I will be able to assist you with the cancellation. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact me on abovebyjack@gmail.com.
