Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I do not accept returns of unwanted items but I may collect damaged or incorrect items for investigation.
I am unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. If your order has not been shipped yet, I am able to assist you with the cancellation. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact me by emailing info@abovebyjack.com
Any returns or problems that occur because of my error will be handled at my expense.
